Black and White/Toned

Black and White is the essence of capturing light and tones. Many of the greatest photographs were captured in a monotone image. In the photographs presented here, many were shot with a black and white or toned image in mind. Some of the images were converted because I felt they would have more impact by stripping away the layers of color and reducing the image to it's basic tonalities.
